College Research
School Search
While starting my college search, I made a list of all the things that were important to me. This includes distance;
-
Distance - I prefer to be close to home.
-
Class Size - I want small class sizes.
-
Financial Aid Opportunities- I want to be as debt free as possible.
-
Major Opportunities- I want to go to a four-year college that will enable me to earn my masters degree. The college also needs to have my major and have other majors if I decide to change my pathway while enrolled in the college.
This is the spreadsheet I've used to keep track of colleges I have researched.

Major Research
Major Search
Beginning my college search, I was unsure of what I wanted to major in. In the beginning I thought that I wanted to major in business. But after much thought I decided that I wanted to major in Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science. I did research on the job opportunities that the major would give me. I am still researching by job shadowing and learning if I want to take a more a direct pathway once I enter college.
